02 / Common questions
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates and quotes are free. We look at the trees, give you the scope in plain language and a number, and you decide from there.
How fast can you get out for a hazardous limb?
Call us and describe it. Limbs over a roof, a driveway or a walkway get triaged ahead of routine trimming, and we'll tell you honestly whether it needs same-day attention or can hold for a scheduled visit.
Do you haul away the debris?
Yes. Chips, cuttings and rounds go with us unless you want the wood or the mulch left behind — plenty of customers do. Driveways and walkways get blown clean before we leave.
Will you top my tree to make it shorter?
No. Topping produces weak regrowth and shortens the life of the tree. We reduce height and weight through proper reduction cuts instead, and we'll explain what's realistic for the species you have.
Are you licensed and insured?
